LivWell Evans is a medical and recreational dispensary sandwiched between the South Denver neighborhoods of Ruby Hill and College View-South Platte. Located along Evans Avenue, our dispensary is surrounded by the notable landmarks and sprawling greenspaces that help make the area so unique.
Residents and visitors alike can wander the West Harvard Gulch Trail to the scenic South Platte River Trail, from which they can enjoy picturesque views of the South Platte River. And don’t forget to explore Ruby Hill Park, which includes the Levitt Pavilion and the famous Ruby Hill that gave the neighborhood its name. (Just remember to leave your cannabis products at home!)
Our dispensary in South Denver also serves the nearby neighborhoods of Overland, Mar Lee, Harvey Park and Kobert Flats.

Directions & Parking
Located along Evans Avenue between Raritan and Tejon, our Denver dispensary is easily accessible from I-25, Federal Boulevard, and South Platte River Drive. You’ll find the light rail’s Evans Station, which serves the D line, less than 2 miles away on the other side of South Santa Fe Drive. There is a lot directly in front of our dispensary building that offers plenty of parking, including handicap spaces.

There are two ways to purchase products at our dispensary: place an online order for in-store pickup, or walk in and have one of our knowledgeable budtenders assist you in your shopping. Our Evans menus offer a wide range of cannabis products in a variety of price points to fit every need.

What do I need to bring with me when I visit your Denver dispensary?
Medical marijuana patients need to bring a valid medical marijuana card issued by the state of Colorado, as well as a valid, government-issued photo ID. If you're visiting one of our dispensaries to purchase recreational marijuana, you simply need a valid, government-issued photo ID that shows you’re at least 21 years old.

Can I shop at your Southwest Denver dispensary if I have an out-of-state ID?
Yes, you can definitely shop at our dispensary with an out-of-state ID, as long as it’s valid and shows you’re at least 21 years old. Plus, Colorado law sets the same cannabis purchase limits for visitors and residents alike, so being from out of state won’t affect how much you can buy
Can I pay with a credit card?
We can’t take credit cards, but we do accept cash at our dispensary. We also have an on-site ATM for easy withdrawals.
Do you offer free parking at your Evans dispensary?
Yes, there is a large lot in front of our dispensary building that is free for our patients and customers to use while they shop.
