LivWell Uptown is a recreational marijuana dispensary that has been serving Denver’s Uptown neighborhood, also called North Capitol Hill, since 2021. Our dispensary can be found along 17th Street’s Restaurant Row, just east of downtown and the Central Business District.

Our Uptown Denver dispensary is conveniently located at the intersection of 17th Avenue and Washington Street, near the main thoroughfares of Park Avenue and Colfax Avenue. We have a spacious parking lot at 1710 Washington Street, directly across 17th Avenue from our dispensary building.

What do I need to bring with me when I visit your Uptown dispensary?

To purchase recreational marijuana at one of our dispensaries, you simply need a valid, government-issued photo ID that shows you’re at least 21 years old. 

Is your dispensary in downtown Denver?

Yes, our location in North Capitol Hill is considered within the bounds of greater downtown Denver.

Can I shop at your Denver dispensary if I have an out-of-state ID?

Yes, we accept out-of-state IDs. Just make sure it’s a valid, government-issued photo ID that shows you’re at least 21 years old. Plus, Colorado law sets the same cannabis purchase limits for visitors and residents alike, so being from out of state won’t affect how much you can buy.

Can I pay with a credit card?

We can’t take credit cards, but we do accept cash at our dispensary. We also have an on-site ATM for easy withdrawals.

Do you offer free parking in Uptown?

Yes, there is a large parking lot across the street from our dispensary that is free for customers to use while they shop.
