I.T. Technician Job Summary

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Technician. You will join our field service team to service both new and existing locations. Job duties include installing new cable systems, troubleshooting current systems that are causing problems, and repairing voice and data cables when necessary. Your duties may include traveling to any LivWell location, installing electronic equipment, troubleshooting problems with existing equipment, testing connections, providing user instructions to coworkers, and cleaning up after the job is complete. You will usually respond to calls on your own, but some large jobs require you to work with a team of technicians. To ensure success as a Technician, you should have sound electrical and mechanical knowledge, be able to climb ladders and work in confined spaces for an extended period, have exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer service.
