Purpose

 

The Faded Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for handling all Faded inventory in our point of sale system inside the Faded fulfillment center. The Faded Fulfillment Specialist is a critical link in tracking our inventory from accepting orders and preparing transfers. The Faded Fulfillment Specialist is also responsible for all monitoring and maintain inventory levels at retail locations based on standards from the Faded Division Manager. LivWell operates under the highest standards of professionalism and compliance. 

 

Essential Duties

 

 

  • Communicate the stores weekly and monthly sales information to Faded Manager.
  • Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, value of material and supplies stocked in establishment: Counts merchandise in stock and posts totals to inventory records.
  • Compares inventories to corporate records, such as sales orders, previous sales, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
  • Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count by communicating any discrepancies to the Faded Manager
  • Motivate and work together with employees to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Check all inventory upon delivery for cracks, fractures, and any other manufacturer’s malfunctions. 
  • Prepares reports, such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.
  • Process and track incoming orders. 
  • Coordinate with other departments, Grow Distribution, to ensure delivery of product to retail locations.  
  • Ensure that Back Stock is adequate and manage inventory properly.
  • Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by management. 



Skills and/or Abilities

  • Solid organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work with vendors and agencies to produce results 
  • Basic ability to use Microsoft Office, Point of Sale software and inventory management software is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and must have a team-player mentality
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to employees and vendors maintaining a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to creatively cultivate long- term customer and vendor relationships. 
  • Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner.

 

Compliance and Reporting 

 

  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.  
  • Ensure that workflow and work procedures are documented and that appropriate controls and audit are in place to ensure data and processing integrity.

 

Other Duties

  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Supervision

  • Works under the <general> or <direct> supervision of the Faded Manager and the Director of Retail
  • This person does not supervise others.  

 

Job Qualifications

 

Work Experience

 

  • 1-2 years of inventory management preferred

 

 

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Working Conditions 

 

  • Able to use a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing, warehouse, or retail environment
  • Able to perform general office managerial and administrative activities.
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Regular and on-time attendance.
  • Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required.
