The Inventory Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for handling all 3rd Party inventory in our point of sale system inside the LivWell Distribution Center. The Inventory Fulfillment Specialist is a critical link in preparing 3rd Party inventory for sale at our Retail locations. The Inventory Fulfillment Specialist is also responsible for all monitoring and maintaining a clean and sterile workplace, suitable for the handling of the medicated products. LivWell operates under the highest standards of professionalism and compliance. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepares orders by processing transfers; pulling materials, packing totes and placing totes in delivery area. 
  • Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pick up area for totes, and workstations neat. 
  • Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. 
  • Motivate and work together with employees to meet and exceed goals.
  • Promote a work environment that is positive, and compliant with established company policies and procedures.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
  • Other duties as assigned by management and department lead.

  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic ability to use METRC and Point of Sale software is required.
  • Data entry, documentation, and reporting skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Compliance and Reporting 

  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.  
  • Ensure that workflow and work procedures are documented, and that appropriate controls and audit are in place to ensure data and processing integrity.


 Other Duties

  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Works under the <direct> supervision of the Supply Chain Product Coordinator Lead and the Supply Chain Manager – Infused Products.
  • This person does not supervise others.  

Work Experience

  • 1 year of inventory management preferred


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Working Conditions 

  • Able to use a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing, warehouse, or retail environment.
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly. 
  • Regular and on-time attendance and observance of break schedules.
