The Details
- No limit to the number of products in which Price Match Guarantee can apply.
- Advertisement needs to be from a dispensary within 30 miles of the LivWell location you are shopping at, and from the same state.
- No maximum amount of times you can utilize the price matching program.
- Price needs to be current and within the week the advertisement went out.
- The item needs to be in stock at LivWell.
- Subject to applicable state regulations.
The competitor’s price is subject to matching. The competitor must be a licensed dispensary retailer in the state where the original purchase was made. The customer must provide proof of competitor pricing. Proof provided must be reputable and verifiable. Proof may include a competitor’s menu, online advertisement, or email solicitation. Proof must be provided to PharmaCann within the same week it is being advertised by a competitor. The proof is subject to rejection by PharmaCann. Rewards and points programs do not apply. Products must be in stock and be brand new merchandise. No other offers or discounts may apply to price match. Unlimited price matches within thirty (30) miles of purchase. Price matching does not apply to limited quantities or specials.
